GREG CUTRONA

As the founder of AssuranceMD in 1998, Greg has been a passionate and dedicated leader navigating the dynamic healthcare industry. As president and CEO, Greg is motivated by the ongoing challenges of supporting physicians with solutions to increase profitability and improve office efficiency. He is a CPA by profession with almost 20 years of experience in healthcare finance.
Greg believes that AssuranceMD’s success comes from the outstanding service the team provides for their clients. He enjoys helping people maximize their potential and realize things about themselves that they never thought possible. Witnessing the personal growth of individuals working at AssuranceMD is a tremendous blessing to Greg.

Community service and giving back satisfy a big part of Greg’s energetic spirit. He is an active board member of St. Anthony’s Community Center in Wilmington, Delaware and also serves as a teen mentor at the Garage Youth Center in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. He implemented a Mind, Body and Soul program for AssuranceMD employees which provided a springboard for many to enroll in continuing education and fitness programs.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys traveling with his wife, savors visits with his two sons and spends hours in the kitchen creating culinary feasts. Food and fitness go hand in hand with Greg and he balances his activities with golf, tennis, running and biking on the Schuylkill Valley trails.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

CRYSTAL BARR

Crystal has been at the heart and soul of managing and supporting client operability, the billing and collections service line, and electronic data interchange. As Operations Director, she is responsible for the development and implementation of new clients, EDI set up and configuration, integration of new billing applications, reporting and credentialing services. Her role keeps pace with the dynamic changes of the healthcare industry, as well as government mandates.
Crystal has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare operations mainly from the payer side (facility and non-facility) that includes network management, project management, practice management, credentialing, claims operations, overpayment and recoveries, customer service, business system analytics, payer relations, care/case management, and provider/hospital contract negotiations, physician credentialing and training.

She enjoys working closely with each medical practice to maximize their revenue cycle performance and enable them to focus on the practice of medicine. Clients appreciate her keen attention to detail, astute problem solving skills and her ability to resolve practice management issues quickly. Her goodnatured approach and unique laugh keeps both clients and co-workers in a positive mind set.

In her spare time she enjoys community service with the Red Hat Society. Crystal’s favorite quote is “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit” –Aristotle-

DIRECTOR OF OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

DANA LOUNDAS

As Director of Office Administration, Dana Loundas supports the marketing, operations, finance, and client relations functions at AssuranceMD. Her diverse responsibilities also include keeping the business operating efficiently through continuously evaluating and improving our processes. Dana joined Assurance MD in 2006 and has witnessed the growth and increasing pressures of the today’s healthcare market. As part of the leadership team, Dana’s responsibilities also include keeping the clients informed, updating the website and on-boarding new employees.
Dana brought to AssuranceMD, over 17 years of retail buying experience, including QVC where she was the cookware buyer for five years. The fast pace of electronic retail helped prepare her for the increasing demands of the healthcare industry. She is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising.

In her spare time, Dana enjoys family time and travel with her husband and three sons. Her weekend activities include biking the rolling hills of Chester County, kayaking on the Brandywine River, walking her sweet cairn terrier Dolce and preparing meals from the fruits of her garden. She is a regular volunteer at Broad Street Ministry, a broad-minded Christian community focused on serving our vulnerable neighbors in Philadelphia with love and hospitality.

DR. MEGAN WOERTH
EHR IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST

DR. MEGAN WOERTH

Dr. Megan Woerth joined AssuranceMD in 2012 as the EHR Implementation Specialist. She is responsible for assisting clients with the set-up of electronic health records, as well as attest for Meaningful Use. Her clinical experience and podiatry training plays a critical role in working with clients to set up the database and recommending workflow changes as they move from chart-writing to electronic health records .

Megan has 19 years of clinical podiatry experience that began at Riverside Hospital in Wilmington, Delaware. Following her residency training, she became the Director at Riverside Podiatric Center. She enjoyed over ten years of private practice at Podiatry Associates and Brandywine Podiatry in Pennsylvania and Delaware.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family and being a spectator mom at swim meets. When she is not at work, her favorite place is Ocean City, New Jersey where she spends time with family and friends.

EILEEN HENRIQUEZ
BILLING AND COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR

EILEEN HENRIQUEZ

As a billing and collections coordinator, Eileen brings experience from both the payer side and medical practice side of the industry. She is an expert at ensuring accounts are worked until they are paid. Throughout her eight year tenure at AssuranceMD, Eileen has grown due to her diligence to learn new billing applications. With the integration of any new client billing system, she masters the nuances of a new platform. Eileen looks forward to the end of month, specifically balancing payments for our clients.

Eileen is fluent in both Spanish and English and loves to be a healthy and fit role model to her 3 children. She enjoys volunteering at church alongside her husband, prefers being outdoors in the spring and loves to watch movies.

JOE GARYANTES
BILLING AND COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR

JOE GARYANTES

Joe Garyantes has over ten years of medical billing and collections experience. He joined AssuranceMD four years ago and brought a vigorous attention to detail and relentless pursuit of payments for our clients.

Joe is most proud of his ability to correct denials and rejections on the same day, as well as continuous follow-up with insurance companies to ensure prompt payment. He enjoys the daily challenges of his work and having the freedom to set his own daily goals and agenda.

Prior to medical billing, he worked on fraud detection and credit card charge backs in the banking industry. Joe holds a Series 6 and 63 securities license from his prior years in financial services.

KENDRA TOWNSEND
BILLING AND COLLECTIONS COORDINATOR

KENDRA TOWNSEND

Kendra is a certified billing and coding specialist and joined AssuranceMD in 2015. As a billing and collections coordinator, she is responsible for ensuring that claims are processed correctly. She also works directly with payers to resolve unpaid claims. Kendra enjoys the challenge of solving claim issues and appreciates being recognized for a job well done.

Education is an important goal for Kendra and she is currently working to complete her bachelor’s degree in business management. When she is not working, studying or attending classes, she enjoys her weekends, especially dining with family and friends.

DIANNA BLANCO
PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

DIANNA BLANCO

Dianna brings her love of customer service and healthcare to the AssuranceMD team and always leaves those around her with a smile. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Dianna is motivated to provide every patient with quality service and resolution with their first phone call. As the Patient Services Representative, her primary responsibilities include patient collections for our clients. She attentively handles incoming calls from patients and answers questions or concerns regarding their bill. Working directly with patients is one of her favorite aspectd of her job.

Her prior job as patient coordinator at a medical practice prepared her well to address patient concerns. Nursing school remains a goal for Dianna.
